We aim to bring together volunteers from the deaf and the hearing communities to:

- Help the deaf people accessing (learning) Islam in British Sign Language (BSL).

- Transfer (translate) the entire Islamic knowledge and culture into BSL.

- Address/Meet the needs of the deaf people.

We have just started this life-long project, which requires a lot of support (money and skills) and many supporters.

The first stage of this project will be focused on converting the basics of the Islamic teaching into BSL and then upload it to this web site so that any BSL user can view it online and benefit from it as far as it is on this web site. This is the first and only initiative of its kind till date!

Future stages will aim at translating the most of the Islamic teachings into BSL (Quran, Hadith, Seerah, Fiqh, History, etc..etc.)

Some of the biggest difficulties in this project are:

1) Finding enough resources (money and people) to translate many chapters of Islamic knowledge into BSL, so please donate what you can.

2) Finding enough helper who are highly skilled in IT and web design. We aim to have something like (or better than) ‘youtube’ where deaf people can learn all aspects of Islam and access the meaning of the holy Quran in BSL.

The benefits and rewards of this project are on-going in time and space... A thing we all need after our death!!!
